New Hire Onboarding Overview

This course provdies an overview of our new hire onboarding process. Onboarding begins with the Bloom Orientation, introducing new hires to our mission, core values, and essential policies. Each day consists of multiple training modules, followed by an Experience session in the classroom and a Wrap-Up session with a trainer. Trainees complete each module through a Learn section with information, videos, and a knowledge check, earning certificates in the Finish Line section. After completing the Experience module, they confirm their progress before meeting their trainer for the Wrap-Up.
