Welcome to the Virginia Child Care Leadership Pathway – Infants. This 24-hour professional development pathway is designed to strengthen your knowledge and skills in providing high-quality care for infants from birth through 12 months.
Throughout the pathway, you will explore infant development, responsive caregiving, health and safety, safe sleep, family partnerships, and developmentally appropriate practices. By completing this pathway, you will gain practical strategies to create safe, nurturing environments that support healthy infant growth and learning.
