This course will give you the basic tools on how to implement the Bloom's Proprietary Curriculum, "Beautiful Thinkers" in your classroom through lesson plans, supply lists, and step-by-step directions for classroom activities provided by your Bloom Education Specialist. Bloom uses the Learning Beyond Paper curriculum as a component of the curriculum along with robust lessons in nature, music and physical activity all with a "screen-free" standard that prioritizes engagement and creativity over digital distractions.

Communication is extremely important at Bloom Academy. We ensure that all our staff and families feel well-informed and able to communicate through various channels. This training will introduce the Slack and When I Work platforms and how to use them as an employee at Bloom.

Taking skilled pictures of children, activities, events, etc. is an integral part of showing the best part of Bloom for all to see in marketing materials, social media posts and family communication. This training will help you with some tips and tricks to be the best photographer you can.

This training course takes a look at the required Name to Face (NTF) Process at the schools. This process is extremely important and must be completed by the teachers every time they transition the class through the hallways and to another destination in the school.

This course will introduce you to Procare app, the childcare management system Bloom Academy uses to keep families informed of their child’s day. Learning Procare and its functionality is important to teachers as they complete their classroom requirements. The  app is uploaded onto the classroom tablet and used throughout the day by classroom teachers.
