Excellence Teacher Certification Overview and Assignment Submission
The Inspire! Care 360 Excellence Certification program offered by Inspire! Care 360 offers professional development for early education professionals. The IC360 Certification provides a culture and career roadmap for teachers and is designed to provide a quality framework for early education operations.
The IC360 Excellence Certification is completed in planned stages. Each stage is designed to support the growth and development of the ECE teammate to reach the next stage. At each level, teachers will complete a core curriculum, assigned activities and on site lessons that are specially created for early education professionals. Before advancing to the next level of mastery, each candidate will undergo a competency evaluation.. Teaching candidates will each complete Mastery Levels I, II, III, IV and V to achieve complete certification.
