The Inspire! Care 360 Excellence Certification program offered by Inspire! Care 360 offers professional development for early education professionals. The IC360 Certification provides a culture and career roadmap for teachers and administrators and is designed to provide a quality framework for early education operations.

The IC360 Excellence Certification is completed in five planned stages. Each stage is designed to support the growth and development of the school o reach the next stage. At each level, the school ensures that a percentage of teachers and administrators have completed a core curriculum, assigned activities and on site lessons that are specially created for early education professionals.  

Schools that are IC360 Excellence  Certified  achieve or surpass standards for the highest quality professional development, and on-site training.  These schools demonstrate their commitment  to high quality ECE business standards by ensuring that more than 80 percent of their school's teachers and administrators have successfully obtained teacher or administrative certification.  In addition, these school organizations that achieve IC360 School Certification have committed to validating high quality standards by implementing reputation management, self audits, employee audits and parent assessments to measure organizational standards.

You will create a final portfolio detailing your experience and progress. You will include your mentee and mentor portfolio, job aids, and work on PR crisis as applicable and directed by your manager.

Gamification can provide a sense of excitement and incentive to the work your teachers and administrators are doing for certification.  Creating a leaderboard is a straightforward way to communicate the progress and goals of your team.  The board will highlight individual accomplishments, feedback and reputation as well as overall progress and achievements at the school level.  

You will create and maintain a leaderboard that includes specific information. You will need to update the gameboard on a consistent basis, so be sure to construct it using materials or a process that you can edit quickly.

A Job Aid is a useful publication that helps team members at your school understand, stay aware of and implement a school policy or procedure.  The topic of the job aid will vary based on the needs of the school. You will create and publish a Job Aid based on the needs of your school.  You will consult with your supervisor to determine the topic, content and design of the job aid.  The completed and approved job aid will be published and presented to the school and thereafter made available for use by other teammates.

Excellence Certification School Star Reputation

The school is responsible for managing its reputation in the community.  As part of that responsibility, the school must examine, describe, and verify the reputation that exists in the online community.  The school must report the star rating and the comments in the rating. As a goal, the school should seek to improve and maintain the star rating at level 4 or higher.  As a goal, the school will seek and verify the comments submitted online about the school. The school will seek to improve and maintain new comments monthly.  Collect and report your reputation scores and comments,. 

You will meet with your team to communicate and publish the results of the star rating and comments. As a team, you and your staff will discuss the ratings and comments and what can be done to address and improve.  The meeting will be an opportunity to highlight and celebrate positive comments and star ratings as well.  At this meeting you can discuss whether ratings and scores have increased/ decreased and examine root causes. 


Collect Star Ratings and Collect Comments

1.       You will collect baseline and ongoing ratings and comments.

2.       If you are using a reputation management service or software request a report to gain these answers.

3.       If you are not using a reputation management service or software…

a.       If you are examining this by hand, google your school and examine the top 10 results.

b.       What are your star ratings – list them all and average

c.       Are your comments recent?

d.       Are your comments positive overall/ negative? A mix

e.       What are the specific comments? Do you see a theme here?

4.       Complete the reputation management assessment

5.       Collect 5 positive written reviews from your online search- if unable, report NA

6.       Complete reputation management assessment with score of 80% or better

7.       Collect 10 new positive reviews from your online search- if unable, report NA

8.       Complete reputation management assessment with score of 00% or better

9.       Collect 20 new positive reviews from your online search- if unable, report NA
